Last season we were thrilled to work in conjunction with Australia leading cosmetic provider Estée Lauder, to assist in bringing to life the new Estée Lauder double wear foundation before it hit the consumer and in store. The brand activation was set in Brisbane’s newest Fortitude Valley hotel set in James Street business precinct, The Calile Hotel, our marketing team got to work on providing a fully custom branded experience, with two carts decorated with Estée Lauder branding promotion the new double wear foundation range available in store.

The new range is buildable with a medium-to-full coverage. It is lightweight, and the brand even promotes that it rescues skin with soothing, plumping hydration. The range promotes its engagement across all types of skin types and covers dozens of colours. The makeup brand launched their product into store mid 2020 and already has increased sales through similar marketing experiences.

The sales and promotion carts were themed with fresh florals, working in with the light and airy setting at The Calile Hotel. Our professional Brand Ambassadors worked with Estée Lauder stakeholders, by promoting to VIP attendees, the new range along, with a cool iced coffee cart keeping guests refreshed while they took the first look at the range.

The courtyard next to The Calile’s very own Hellenika restaurant, proved to be spacious and delightful as VIP guests moved around, grabbing an iced coffee from our charming Brand Ambassadors. Our expert event production team arrived on site two hours prior, setting up the coffee cart and promotion stand, this ensures the Brand Ambassador team encompasses the marketing campaign and ensures the staff were able to deliver the best possible outcome.

The branding brief contained detail within the artwork, that was a one-off striking, complicated, but effective result.

The artwork message promoted the different shades in a vertical pattern up and down the cart, from the cart’s wheels, to the canopy top of the cart. The brand activation created an outlet for awareness to Estée Lauder’ new range, alongside a light VIP corporate lunch provided by The Calile, was a notable experiential marketing consumer experience.
