Our Sydney team had the privilege of providing its professional coffee services for a cool collaboration between airflow giants Big Ass Fans and one of Sydney’s leading wooden furniture artist, Mr and Mrs White. The brand awareness exercise, with the first location in the coastal suburb of Dee Why on the Northern Beaches Sydney, a simple affair featuring the coffee cart, a custom hire, encompassing branded cups, cart, cookies and of course styling to suit the incredible space, our professional and friendly baristas took care of the rest.

Running simultaneously over the same weekend, our Brisbane marketing team were setup in leading retailer designer, Satara in James Street, New Farm. With their outstanding indoor and outdoor furniture range servicing Brisbane, we thought a custom coffee cart was the perfect addition to their Big Ass Fans corporate event.

Corporate events and brand activations have taken a backseat this year with the novel coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic truly putting a stop to most public and private events, however with Sydney & Brisbane restrictions easing, it saw premium fan company, Big Ass Fans get together with local suppliers, and provide in a safe environment, a brand activation that could showcase both of the brands potential in the current climate. Talking to the Big Ass Fans team, it was positive to hear the building industry bounce back in the last quarter of the year, especially the residential sector. The marketing team created cool vibes, with local talent Bonnie Kellett pleasing guests with her solo guitar and violin act, it was truly a scene you could sip on your coffee to every day.

Spread across two weekends, our Sydney coffee cart team along with our Brisbane branch, provided hot beverages for guests and clients, ensuring the catering experience was professional, whilst creating a comfortable experience for guests. Our baristas served hot chocolates to the young ones, and lattes to the adults with a smile, a truly exciting suburban experience. Whilst guests were treated to custom Big Ass Fans cookies, industry leaders advised them on how to make their house a home and incorporate better airflow into their project. The wrap up - the coffee trolley, live music and custom treats successfully helped build brand awareness for both companies in their marketing collaboration.
